This policy describes how the Fiche SMS assistant ("the service") handles information sent to it. The service is operated by a sole proprietor for personal use; there are no third-party end users, no marketing distribution, and no shared data product.
No other personal information is requested or collected. The service does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising identifiers, or location data.
Conversation history is stored in Cloudflare Durable Objects, keyed per phone number, in Cloudflare's United States region. The service operator does not maintain any separate database, log archive, or analytics warehouse.
The service uses the following providers strictly to operate:
Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function (Twilio receives outbound message text and the recipient number; Cloudflare receives the full request and message contents). Neither provider is authorized to use the information for any purpose beyond operating the service. There are no advertising partners or data brokers in the loop.
The operator does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share message contents or phone numbers with any third party for marketing or any other purpose, beyond the providers listed above as required to deliver the service. No data is shared with affiliates, partners, or other applications.
Conversation history is retained per phone number to provide continuity. To request deletion of all stored data associated with your phone number, email reiddraper@gmail.com; deletion will be performed within 30 days of the request. Replying STOP halts further messages immediately; deletion of historical content is a separate request.
Reply STOP at any time to permanently stop all messages from the service. Reply HELP for support information. These keywords are honored automatically by the carrier and the service.
The service is not intended for users under the age of 13, and no information is knowingly collected from children.
Updates to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated by SMS to active users prior to taking effect.
