Fiche ("the service") is an SMS-based AI assistant for home cooking and meal planning, operated by Reid Draper as a sole proprietor for personal use. These terms govern any use of the service.
By texting the service number from a US mobile phone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the phone number is yours or you are authorized to use it, and that you consent to receive SMS replies from the service. The service is intended only for the operator's personal use and any individuals the operator has explicitly authorized.
STOP at any time to permanently halt all messages from the service.HELP for support information.You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or underlying providers; (c) impersonate another person; (d) submit content intended to harm, harass, or defraud any party; or (e) use outputs in a way that would mislead any third party about their origin.
The service is an experimental AI assistant. Replies are conversational suggestions only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, allergen, food-safety, or culinary advice. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any reply for any particular purpose, including dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions. Always verify food-safety guidance with authoritative sources.
Use of the service is governed by the privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with use of the service. The operator's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed ten US dollars ($10).
The operator may suspend or terminate the service, or any user's access to it, at any time and for any reason, including without prior notice. Users may end their use of the service at any time by replying STOP.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, communicated by SMS to active users prior to taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Reid Draper's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
